Welcome to the Journal

Hello! I am Sarah Spiegel, and it's so nice to have you here. I am very excited to begin sharing more about the meaning and intention behind this brand, as it has recently occurred to me that you do not actually live inside my head! Lol.

There is so much more to what we do and represent, that goes far beyond textiles and products – but the beauty in it all is that our textiles and products become a vehicle for all of it. A way to transport what's in my heart, to you and your homes, your bodies.

So what is "it", anyway? Well, let's begin with a love of the home. If you consider yourself a homebody, then welcome! You are most certainly in the right place.

My belief is that our homes should not only be a sanctuary, but a place to express ourselves, just like the clothes we wear. I want my home to reflect me and my style in the same way. Why? Because it makes me happy! And as much as I love my home, I love to share it with others, so that when you come over for a visit or a dinner party, you get to step into my world and be a part of it.

I hope to help you create the same thing for yourself. Your own enchanting world, one that makes you feel joyful, harmonious, and at ease.

What does it mean to be enchanted?

Now that is a way to live, isn't it?

I believe in magic, and I hope you do, too. My mission is to help us find more pleasure, delight, and magic in our everyday lives – for our textiles serve as a vessel for this.

Nothing brings me more delight and pleasure, after all, than color and pattern. I hope you agree! 

Here within this journal, this diary of sorts, I hope to help inspire you to embrace your own love of color and pattern, in both your home and your wardrobe.

For those not in the know, I began my career as a blogger. Well, technically I began my career in finance, but found that to be a bit of a bore, and really started finding myself when I began cooking in my early twenties. As I write this I am just shy of turning 39, so that means (in addition to me being old, lol) I had one of the original food blogs. 

It also means I've been cooking nearly 20 years! Cooking is a big piece of my heart and so it is for this brand, too. So expect to find recipes and ideas for hosting, of course. Ways to share you and your home with the people you love.

Plus, more inspiration and stories like this. More ideas on how to wear and style and live with our creations, more decorating ideas to create your own enchanting home.
